The Blue Seas Resort Hotel, previously known as Playa del Sol is located adjacent to the Tropicana Hotel on los Muertos Beach, the most popular in PV for tourists and locals alike. Located in Old Town's Zona Romatica, South of the Rio Cuale, it’s near great shops, art galleries and bars, and a variety of restaurants ranging from the world famous Maximiliano's to the bargain local eateries west of Insurgentes. While it is considered the Bohemian section of the City, it provides all of the security typical of Mexico's resort communities. If you want a self-contained manicured resort, there are plenty on the north side of Town. But if you want the color and excitement of Old Town with its street festivals and beach scene, balanced by luxurious accommodations and the peace and stunning views offered from your private balconies, this is the place to stay. All units are fully furnished and air conditioned with full-sized kitchens and clothes washer/dryers.

December Vacation Rental: This spectacular 2 BR, 2 Bath 1,647 sq. ft. split level condo is located in the "A" Building. The largest unit in the complex, it’s located on the sixth floor in the northwest corner of the oceanfront building, providing wrap-around unobstructed views of the ocean and coastal mountains. The Living Room and Master Bedroom each have their own balcony. The unusually high ceilings on the 6th floor give this apartment an even greater sense of space that the other five units of its type. The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed and the Guest Bedroom has two singles. The Living Room sofa converts into a Double Bed. The gourmet appointed Master's kitchen includes a dish-washer. The apartment sleeps six and is available each year from December 4th to January 2nd.

Rent for the A Building 2BR Master is:

$239/night December 4th to December 19th.

$329/night December 19th to January 2nd.

January/February Vacation Rental: In addition to the "A" Unit, two smaller 2 Bedroom units are available in the "B" Building. The January rental is a high bright corner unit with windows on three sides. The February rental is a lower interior unit. The ocean and mountains can be seen from the balconies, but the views are limited and not as good as the "A" Building. Both units have washer/dryers. They also sleep six, and are available each year from January 2nd through February 27th.

Rent for the "B" Building 2BR units is $159/night. ($999/week)

March Vacation Rental: There is a one bedroom available in the "C" building (no photos available) that sleeps four, and is available from February 27th through March 27th.

The "C" Building 1 BR rents for $89/night.
